PlaceForPros Shipping Conditions
Order Processing:
Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 2 PM ET will be processed and shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after 2 PM ET will be processed on the following business day.
Orders placed on weekend days will be processed on Monday morning, if it is a holiday the order will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Timeframe:
Most in-stock products will be shipped on the same day.
Please allow approximately 3-5 days for your order to arrive.
If the tracking shows "delivered," and you didn't receive the order, please check with your neighbors first. If needed, contact us at service@placeforpros.com to initiate an investigation.
Authorization Notice:
In some cases, particularly for orders with different billing and shipping addresses, further authorization may be required.
Our customer service team may request a photocopy of the purchaser's license and purchasing credit card before shipping the order.
Free Shipping:
Free ground shipping is available for GURU products within the contiguous United States.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping to customers in Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and other non-contiguous locations.
For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, live UPS rates are calculated automatically at checkout, so you will see your exact shipping cost before you pay. For the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and other non-contiguous locations, please contact us at service@placeforpros.com and we will quote your shipping before processing your order.
International Shipping:
We ship to Canada. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout using live UPS rates, so you see the exact cost before you pay. Free shipping promotions apply to the contiguous United States only and do not apply to international orders.
Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage and customs clearance fees are NOT included in the product price or in the shipping cost shown at checkout. These charges are set by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer, who pays them directly to the carrier or to customs, usually at the time of delivery. We cannot calculate or estimate these amounts in advance.
Delivery times for international orders depend on customs clearance in the destination country and are outside our control, so international transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Refusing to pay duties on delivery may result in the shipment being returned or abandoned, and any resulting carrier charges will be deducted from the refund.
Freight and pallet shipments can only be delivered within the United States. This includes our heaviest electric tile saws (DX-350, DS-250-N and DCX-250 series), shower glass doors and shower systems supplied with a door. The rest of the GURU and RUBI catalogue ships internationally, including manual tile cutters up to 70" and bench saws. If no shipping option appears at checkout for your address, that item is not available for international delivery. Contact us at service@placeforpros.com and we will look for an alternative.
Special Cases and Small Package Shipments:
In rare situations where our freight carriers do not service a customer's location or there are additional charges involved, we will contact you before processing your order.
We usually utilize UPS Ground for shipping. If you want to use another shipping company please write us and we can help you with this.
Most orders are shipped via UPS, in case that your order exceeds UPSโs maximum dimensions, your order will be shipped with a different company and we will provide tracking information based on the companyโs system.
Signature requirements for shipments are determined at our discretion as well.
