Do I need to sign up to start earning?
Yes. Create a free account at PlaceForPros — you'll automatically be enrolled in Pro Bronze and get 500 welcome points. Past orders also count toward your tier if you sign up with the same email.
How is my tier calculated?
Your tier is based on your total spend in the past 12 months (rolling window). When you hit a threshold, you're promoted instantly. If your spending drops below your tier threshold for over a year, you may move down at the next evaluation.
Are the tier discounts fixed?
No — each tier % is a minimum. Bronze is at least 5% off, Silver at least 8%, Gold at least 13%, Platinum at least 17% off every order. On select products your member discount can be even deeper.
Does free shipping cover every product?
No — free shipping (Pro Silver and up, on orders $399+) applies to GURU products only. RUBI tools and equipment ship separately and are charged shipping at checkout.
Can I stack point discounts with my tier discount?
Yes. Your tier discount is auto-applied at checkout. Point redemption codes stack on top. They don't combine with promotional sale discounts (e.g., black Friday codes). Combined discount is capped at 20% per order.
How do the monthly RUBI gift lotteries work?
Pro Silver members are entered into a quarterly draw — 10 winners drawn each quarter. Pro Gold members are entered into a monthly draw — 5 winners drawn every month. Pro Platinum members receive a guaranteed RUBI tool every month, no lottery required. Gifts ship free with tracking.
What if I have a question about a product or order?
Pro Gold and Pro Platinum members get a direct WhatsApp line to Winni for fast support. Pro Bronze and Silver members get priority email response.
Do points expire?
Points expire 12 months after you earn them if your account is inactive (no orders placed). Stay active and your balance keeps growing.
Can I share my referral code publicly?
You can share with other contractors directly — text, email, in person. We ask you not to post it on coupon sites or affiliate networks. Up to 5 successful referrals count per month.
