Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be purchased directly from PlaceForPros.com.
  • The item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Return Period:

  • You may initiate a return within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • After this period, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

Return Process:

  • Need to return something? You may initiate a return within 10 days from the date of delivery. Here are the following steps: 
  • Please send the items via a package delivery company (UPS, Fedex,...) at the following address. Please package the item(s) securely to prevent any damage during transit. If a product is damaged when we receive it at our warehouse due to a lack of packaging or protection, it cannot be refunded.

  • As soon as the product arrives at the following address, we will check if the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact and has not been damaged to proceed with the refund process.This refund could take 8 business days.Please,  don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team at service@placeforpros.com if you need extra information.

    Return Shipping:

    • In the case of a defective or damaged item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
    • If the return is due to any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the shipping receipt until the return is processed.

    Refund Process:

    • Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
    • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Please note that it may take 8 days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to reflect in your account.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • The following items are not eligible for return:

      • Used products
      • Gift cards
      • Items marked as final sale or clearance

    Damaged or Defective Items:

    Exchanges:

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as per our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
