Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be purchased directly from PlaceForPros.com.
- The item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Return Period:
- You may initiate a return within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- After this period, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
Return Process:
- Need to return something? You may initiate a return within 10 days from the date of delivery. Here are the following steps:
- Please send the items via a package delivery company (UPS, Fedex,...) at the following address. Please package the item(s) securely to prevent any damage during transit. If a product is damaged when we receive it at our warehouse due to a lack of packaging or protection, it cannot be refunded.
