Novonivel® MINI

Novonivel® MINI is a transition profile made of aluminium, from EMAC®’s MINI Collection, designed to bridge discontinuities in low-thickness flooring such as
ceramic, vinyl or carpet The profile has a discreet visible face that allows to bridge a gap of between 4.2 and 7 mm while preserving the aesthetics of the installation. Available in matt silver and black matt anodized finishes.

Applications
Novonivel® MINI It is a profile designed to be placed in pavement transitions, in order to safely avoid discontinuities. Specially designed for installation with low-thickness pavements of all kinds.

Materials:

Novonivel® MINI is a profile made by extrusion of aluminium. The anodizing process improves the corrosion resistance, mechanical resistance and appearance of profiles. It has the quality seal Qualanod, which guarantees the quality of the process and the resulting profiles. This seal regulates several tests:
Appearance and color, thickness measurements, sealing and impregnation control, abrasion resistance, lightfastness, acetic saline chamber and nitric acid immersion.
The aluminium has excellent chemical, physical and mechanical properties. It is lightweight, tough, ductile, malleable and highly durable.

Installation
Novonivel® MINI is placed once the flooring has been laid.
1. Before starting, clean the profile and the surface where you are going to install it
2. Apply an adhesive along the entire surface of ​​ the profile that will be in contact with the flooring.
3. Align the profile with the flooring and press carefully so that they stay together. Take into account the correct placement of the profile (see drawing below):

Novonivel® MINI can be installed with floors between 0.18'' and 0.27'' thick. Make sure that the inner flange makes contact with the pavement, as represented in the drawing.
For the installation of Novonivel® MINI you can use mounting adhesives or silicone.
