Transport and handling
Large pavers are heavy and crack if flexed. Use a two-person suction carrying frame or large suction cups to lift and place them flat, without stressing the slab.
Cutting 2cm pavers
For straight cuts, a long-bar manual cutter rated for thick tile can score and snap smaller pavers; for full 2 cm slabs, L-cuts and notches, use a wet saw with a diamond blade rated for thick porcelain. Match the blade to the material.
Leveling and setting
On pedestal or gravel-set installs, a level and rubber mallet do the work; on mortar-set floors, a leveling system keeps big pavers lippage-free. Back-butter every paver for full coverage.
