Novorodapie Eclipse® SP is made of aluminium profile designed to be installed as a skirting board in installations with all kind of coatings. Its geometry with straight lines and smooth surface protects the cladding and allows it to be installed before or after work, covering the perimeter joint. This profile is highly versatile and reversible. It can be placed, in addition to a skirting board, as an intermediate or upper finish on the wall in two different positions. Optionally, a LED strip (not included) can be installed in any of the interior hollows, being able to choose between a more discreet or more visible
lighting. A strip of the same coating can also be placed in the larger hole, obtaining a finish that is fully integrated into the installation.

Application

Novorodapie Eclipse® SP is a multi-purpose profile designed as a skirting board to protect the lower part of walls or as a decorative intermediate or upper finish. It can be installed after work on walls with all types of coatings by using adhesives. It can also be installed before work in coatings whose thickness allows it. Optionally, a LED strip can be installed in any of its interior spaces, achieving a highly decorative indirect light effect. A strip of adjacent cladding can also be placed in the larger hollow to fully integrate it into the installation.

Materials

Novorodapie Eclipse® SP is a profile made by extrusion of aluminium. The anodizing process improves the corrosion resistance, mechanical resistance and appearance of profiles. It has the quality seal Qualanod, which guarantees the quality of the process and the resulting profiles. This seal regulates several tests: appearance and color, thickness measurements, sealing and impregnation control, abrasion resistance, lightfastness, acetic saline chamber and nitric acid immersion. The aluminum has excellent chemical, physical and mechanical properties. It is lightweight, tough, ductile, malleable and highly durable.

Installation

1. Choose the installation method and place and clean the surface where the Novorodapie Eclipse®SP is to be placed
2. Apply mounting adhesive or polyurethane putty to the back of the profile
3. Join the profile to the wall and press firmly to ensure optimal adhesion
4. Remove any leftover and allow to dry
